U.S ORDERS (2-4 DAYS SHIPPING)
All Orders are priced based on weight and dimensions. We try our best to give you the best rates possible and we are not profiting from overcharging shipping rates unlike some brands out there.
INTERNATIONAL (14-27 DAYS SHIPPING)
All International orders now include tracking numbers for ease of mind and security. This was not possible back then but we finally partnered with a shipping carrier to provide more affordable rates for our international fans.
CANADA (2-7 DAYS SHIPPING)
Canadian orders are all subject to weight-based pricing. All prices are based on the cheapest available options in the market.Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 8 business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. When getting an item exchanged, it can only be changed to the same item of varying sizes available. The customer will pay for the shipping back of the item and RESURGENCE® will pay for the re-shipping of the new size. We currently do not have a return back-end prepared for this as no shipping company would like to work with us due to our small scale operations. Please review the size charts given before making a choice, returns are completely fine when:
- Item arrived in damaged condition
- Graphical and/or fabric error
- Wrong sizing we can honor for the most part just please, do not abuse this!
- Any returns will be credited store credit instead of a refund back to your PayPal or various Credit Cards.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the web shop will be given for retail price of item(s) purchased.Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.*Please note -- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.Please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance with a return or exchange.
Important Note: The returned product must be in new condition and with the original packaging to qualify for store credit.
